    Pros +

    • The room was terribly uncomfortable, the beds hard as rock and so were the pillows. It was a terrible nights sleep. They do not offer the same things the other APA hotels do, such as a coffee maker or coffee and complimentary water.
    • Very clever rooms. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Friendly staff.
    • Very nice and doing their best to help you people. They call the shuttle for me to go on my tour in the town.

    Cons -

    • The room was dirty and so were the walls. We were on the 7th floor and there were a group of kids running around late and night and early in the morning screaming up and down the halls.
    • All was good, room is a bit small but that’s how it it like in Tokyo :)
    • Aircon is hot. Aircon is centralised. No way to adjust the temperature.

Close to metro stations and konbini. Good breakfast options available.

    9John R.Posted on: 12-5-2025

Room was clean and it’s very near to metro stations and it’s near to convenience stores for food & snacks.

The room size which is normal in Japan I guess.

Reasonable price, convenient location, portable water from faucet, good water pressure from shower

    I couldn't find the A/C remote

    8LeungPosted on: 11-27-2025

Very convenient location, overall is a very clean hotel

My room faced another building, so there was essentially no view. Additionally, the air conditioner wasn’t working at the time, so I had to open the windows to get some fresh air

The location is great and the rooms were clean. The check-in process was fairly easy though had to wait it line for 15-20 mins.

If u want a flexible hotel, this is not it. They do not reply to your requests via email; I had an emergency and wanted to change my check-in dates, the hotel did not even reply. The manager during check-out was pretty irritating. They charge a late fee for check-out. I was late by 4 mins and the manager did not have the good graces to waive it off and was discussing rules. Plus, it has the tiniest rooms for single occupancy, but this is Tokyo and seems like that’s normal; but still too tiny. If a 6 feet person stretches their arms wide they would be able to touch both walls of the room.

I liked that it was very quiet and clean. They brought clean towels daily. It was conveniently located near Tsukiji market

The room was very tiny with no closet. There was no space to store my walker (like a wheelchair ) and we almost tripped so many times. There were no grab bars in bathroom.

Airconditioning was terrible. Very warm and not adjustable. Just speed control. Restroom was small even by Tokyo standards. Just slightly bigger than an airline restroom.

I stayed in non-smoking single double bed room. it was very small room but equipped with all necessary amenities plus tiny but good enough for short stay refrigerator. I was satisfied overall.

I did not like hearing commotions of room cleaning service and checking out time from floor aisle through the door. I wish the room has better sound sealing on the door.

    7MahnckePosted on: 4-29-2025

The location is very good, nice bathtub, daily housekeeping

For the price it did not offer any facilities whatsoever

    7VisnjaPosted on: 4-21-2025

    I liked the location!

Outdated room, apart from the bathroom.

    7RomanPosted on: 4-21-2025

The room was ok, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were too. It wasn't the newest, but it was clean. It was very close to three convenience stores and fairly close to stations on the Yurakucho and Hibiya lines.

The wardrobe had a somewhat awkward position next to the window, and next to it was the only place to place a larger suitcase half-open. Room had a bit of an old smell.

the room is great for a single traveller. The single room is perfect with enough space for a medium size luggage and the table is great for girls and doing their skincare, makeup and even eating.the location is absolutely a great spot with a lawson below for quick bites and a restaurant to eat in the morning and afternoon. a denny's nearby for dinner if you have not gotten any food after a long day out. Very near tokyo and ginza station if you need to travel out.

the room can get a bit dusty and musky when you off the aircon after come back after a long day. but you can open the window for fresh air if you would like to, just open it correctly. no view from my room, but understandable as it might be facing another building or house.

    4GözdePosted on: 4-2-2025

The location of the hotel is very close to the fish market and bay. And there is a train station near, however the metro line for that train station is not going in the direction of touristic areas.

The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I used in other 3 star hotels in Tokyo. The room size is small like every other hotel in Tokyo but this one is old and the price is more than other newer places.

Stuff helped me with broken suitcase. Everything was smooth and efficient.

The walls of the room are quite thin, and it could be noisy. Iv'e been in the room near elivator, and was bothered by its working mechanizem. Also Iv'e been at 11th floor, but there was no view, as they but something to prevent me seeing anything outside.

    9IrinaA1987Posted on: 3-26-2025

It was very close to subway and very clean

Very small room, with very small bathroom. However, it was ok sice I just used it to sleep as I was out all day.
